PatentedPV module clamp
Optimised, simple module clamp for bifacial PV modules – engineered and produced per project.
How it works
The well-thought-out, two-part construction enables simple and secure mounting of PV modules. The clamping piece is inserted from the side and secures the module directly. The clamp works with steel and aluminium substructures; on steel, a plastic insert prevents contact corrosion.
Key benefits at a glance
Fast mounting
Two-part design for quick assembly and easy module replacement.
Direct securing
Modules are secured directly by sliding in the clamping piece from the side.
Project-specific
The module clamp is engineered specifically for the project’s wind loads.
Thermal expansion
Modules can expand freely because the clamp allows sliding.
Anti-shift protection
Modules can be fixed at one clamp, which prevents lateral displacement.
Corrosion protection
A plastic intermediate layer separates steel and aluminium components.

Project-specific design
Every module clamp is calculated, engineered and produced for your specific project. For a precise design we need the following details:
- Maximum wind load at the site
- Module type with length, width and thickness
- Substructure material (steel or aluminium)
- Desired quantity (from 12,000)
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum production quantity?
Project-specific series production starts from 12,000 units. Small quantities are intended solely as samples and not necessarily available.
Which modules is the clamp suitable for?
The clamp is designed for bifacial PV modules and is tailored to your module type (length, width, thickness).
Steel or aluminium substructure?
Both are possible. On a steel substructure, a plastic insert prevents contact corrosion between the materials.
How is wind load taken into account?
The clamp is statically dimensioned for the maximum wind load at your site. We need this value for the design.
Planning a large PV project?
Send us your project data – we will design the matching module clamp for you.
